1. Open the Twiinie app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Deactivate Account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Closing your account removes your access to it. You will not be able to sign in again, and your saved details — including any saved payment cards — are removed. A saved card is only ever a reference held by our payment provider; we never store your card number.

We keep records of orders you have already placed and paid for. We are required to hold those for legal, tax, dispute-resolution and fraud-prevention purposes, as set out in our Privacy Policy. They are kept only for as long as those purposes require.

You are welcome back — the same email address can be used to sign up again later.
