How payments work
Twiinie, operated by Alladyce (Pty) Ltd, sells food, drinks and other items available at an event and brings them to you. You pay Twiinie securely by card at checkout, and we pay the vendors who supply those items separately afterwards. Queries and refunds are handled by us, never by a vendor, and because items are prepared to order they follow our Terms.
